Our work with agency superstars Carmichael Lynch hit a new level of surreal recently with a spot campaign for the Minnesota Twins that would make Doc Ellis proud. Propelled by CL’s bold rebrand of the Twins, Pixel Farm was tasked with creating design-driven, frenetically-paced content that would make fans feel anything but indifferent.
We threw everything but the kitchen sink at these spots. Mixing type animation, datamoshed player stills, all kinds of 3D animated weirdness, and some bangers from our friends at HiFi Project, our aim was to make people stop and stare. And if a gilded bear with laser eyes won’t do that, we don’t know what will.
